The TSUnderswap AI Mod is a fan-made modification created by a content creator for a different Undertale fan game. The creator of this mod, as well as others before it, made it entirely private, and asked the streamer to play the Game while providing commentary.

This mod, like the others before it, will not be used to train large AI models.

The Creator's Stance on AI Art

Notably, the streamer explains, both he and the mod's creator are strongly against the use of Generative AI art and Music trained off of stolen assets in an attempt to replace people.

In fact, he urges viewers to pick up a Pencil themselves, and create art the old-fashioned way, rather than rely on generative AI.

The story then opens with the game’s standard introduction, “Long ago, two races ruled over the peaceful earth: HUMANS and MONSTERS.” But it then quickly cuts to, “The MONSTERS were exterminated by Vampires.”

Political Papyrus

While the character is talking to Asgore, the dialogue box features lines like, “We must never do anything on January 6th…” It then prompts the character to respond to Asgore, asking, “How about you say goodbye dipshit?”

It Knows

Talking to Asgore later, Asgore says, “Imagine what AI will be like in the future. That is if the Republicans don’t win in 2025…Because if they do…” The game then goes to black. The game continues to “hint” that it is aware of the political climate throughout.
