1. Navigate to the Mailbox app on your AiPaper.
2. Select Add Email Account.

6. For corporate or private email servers, select Manual Setup and enter the required server information.

Transferring Files Securely

1. Open the ViTransfer app on your AiPaper.
2. Log in to ViTransfer on your computer or mobile device via my.viwoods.com/vitransfer.
3. Select the files you want to send or receive.
4. Set an expiration time for the files.
5. Send the files and ensure they are received before the expiration time.

Encrypting Files

1. Navigate to the file you want to encrypt.
2. Select Remove Lock.
3. Enter a password when prompted.
4. Confirm the password to encrypt the file.
5. Ensure the password is safely stored to retrieve the file.

AI Assistant and Calendar Association

1. Open the Meeting notes page.
2. Enter the meeting name and details.
3. Associate the meeting with your calendar by selecting the three dots menu and choosing Associate with Daily.
4. For AI assistance, select the AI icon and start chatting in AiPaper.

Viwoods offers two models of the AiPaper: the standard and premium editions.
