Sentiment Analysis for Tigrinya with TiELECTRA small

This model is a fine-tuned version of TiELECTRA small on a YouTube comments Sentiment Analysis dataset for Tigrinya (Tela et al. 2020).

Training

Hyperparameters

The following hyperparameters were used during training:

• learning_rate: 2e-05
• train_batch_size: 32
• eval_batch_size: 32

• optimizer: Adam with betas=(0.9,0.999) and epsilon=1e-08
• lr_scheduler_type: linear
• num_epochs: 3.0

Results

The model achieves the following results on the evaluation set:

• F1: 0.8229
• Precision: 0.8056
• Recall: 0.841
• Accuracy: 0.819
• Loss: 0.4299
