To use Rep AI Home, merchants can start a free trial or book a demo. The AI scans the merchant's website and provides a conversational shopping assistant powered by ChatGPT. It handles the entire shopping experience, including checkout, within the chat. Merchants can ask Rep anything related to their website, and it will provide contextual and focused responses. Rep understands natural language and can recommend complementary products for upsells and increased average order value. The AI also utilizes the Rescue Algorithm to predict when a shopper is about to leave the site and engages them in a conversation to bring them back.
