How to Get Quick and Easy Curls

Hola, y'all! It's your boy Juan coming back at you with another video. Today, I'm going to Show you guys the most straightforward, quick, and easy way to get curls. It doesn't matter if you have long hair or short hair; this method will work for you. Now, before we dive into the routine, let me introduce you to my best friend Jeremy. Trust me, this man does not Take Care of his hair whatsoever. But today, I'm going to prove to him and to all of you that anyone, and I mean anyone, can achieve gorgeous curls. So without further ado, let's get started!

Preparing the Hair

Before we begin the curling process, it's essential to prepare the hair properly. This step ensures that your curls look fabulous and last longer. Here's what we're going to do:

2.1 Shampooing, Conditioning, and Detangling

First things first, we need to cleanse and condition Jeremy's hair to get rid of all the buildup and dirt. We use a gentle shampoo, followed by a nourishing conditioner. While I have a detailed wash day routine that You can check out, the key here is to thoroughly Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers.

2.2 Deep Conditioning

Now, I know this is about getting quick curls, but sometimes you need to slow down to speed up. Trust me on this one. Deep conditioning is an essential step in maintaining healthy curls, and skipping it would be a big mistake. Deep conditioners penetrate deeply into the hair shaft, nourishing, strengthening, and moisturizing your hair. If you want your curls to look their best and hold up well, make sure you incorporate deep conditioning into your routine routinely.

Applying Leave-in Conditioner

Once the hair is clean and detangled, it's time to Apply a leave-in conditioner. Today, we're going to use the Shea Moisture Curl and Shine Conditioner, which happens to be my absolute favorite. I mean, seriously, it's so good that I'm still not sponsored by them. But that's another story. I make sure to evenly distribute the conditioner throughout Jeremy's hair, using plenty of Water in the process. Remember, there's no such thing as using too much water when it comes to moisturizing your curls.

Using a Curl Cream

Now that we have conditioner in place, it's time to enhance those curls further with a curl cream. Today, we're using the Cantu Moisturizing Curl Activator Cream. Again, I apply the product throughout Jeremy's hair, making sure every strand is coated. If you have longer hair, the raking method might be a better option for you. Check out my video on the fastest and easiest way to get curly hair for a demonstration.

Applying Gel for Hold

To ensure those curls last longer and define beautifully, we need to use a gel. We're going with the Wetline Xtreme Gel, one of the best gels out there. For most people, the rubbing method works just fine, but since Jeremy has Type 4C hair and hasn't been taking care of it, I had to do a few finger coils to add definition.

The Wetline Gel is heavyweight wrestler status when it comes to hold. It puts your hair in an unbreakable headlock, ensuring those curls stay intact. Believe me, your hair won't want any problems with this gel.

Final Results and Conclusion

And there you have it, folks! The final results are in, and my boy Jeremy is looking fly with his newfound curls. He seriously doubted that this would work, but now he's a believer. Remember, if you have a curl pattern, you can get curls too. You just need to know the right steps and products to use. It's not as hard as people make it out to be, and with a little effort, anyone can achieve beautiful curls.

But, before we wrap this up, I want to emphasize the importance of hair health. Taking care of your hair is the key to having fabulous curls that stun the crowd.
