This n8n workflow is divided into two distinct, parallel automation flows based on the nature of the n8n trigger.

Flow 1: Conversational AI Management (Telegram)

1. Telegram Message Received (n8n trigger): The workflow initiates when a user sends a message to the configured Telegram bot, aiming to add, query, or modify a subscription.


2. Smart Bill Manager (AI Agent n8n node): This core node takes the user's natural language input. It uses the OpenAI Chat Model (GPT-4.1-nano) for processing and the Window Buffer Memory to retain context across messages for that specific user ID.

3. Conditional Check (IF n8n node): The workflow filters the records, proceeding only if the 'Due In' column value is less than or equal to 3 days.


4. Aggregate & Format: All items meeting the due date criteria are collected (aggregated). A subsequent OpenAI n8n node uses a highly structured system prompt to turn the aggregated data into a concise, urgent, and emoji-rich Telegram message.
