  • Users interested in leveraging the VEO3 and NanoBanana AI tools for video production.

  • Anyone seeking a robust, multi-channel publishing solution using a dedicated n8n workflow.

Overview

This comprehensive n8n workflow addresses the challenge of high-volume, multi-platform content distribution for video. It entirely automates the creative pipeline, starting from a simple input idea and ending with the video live across nearly a dozen social channels. The n8n workflow integrates state-of-the-art AI tools for both image enhancement (NanoBanana) and cinematic video generation (VEO3), ensuring the content is high-quality and unique. The use of the Blotato n8n node for simultaneous multi-posting significantly reduces manual labor and publishing errors, making this n8n automation perfect for scaling content operations quickly. Every step, from the initial n8n trigger on Telegram to the final status update in Google Sheets, is designed for efficiency and tracking.

How it Works

This complex n8n workflow operates in five distinct steps:

  1. Idea Collection & Image Analysis (n8n Trigger): The n8n trigger starts when a user sends a reference image and a text caption via the Telegram n8n node. The image is saved to Google Drive, and metadata is logged to Google Sheets. An OpenAI Vision n8n node analyzes the reference image's visual elements, which is then recorded in the sheet.

  2. AI Image Refinement (NanoBanana): An AI Agent uses the analyzed data to construct a detailed UGC-style prompt. This prompt is sent to the NanoBanana AI service (via HTTP Request n8n node) to edit the reference image, making it suitable for video generation.

  3. Video Script Generation (OpenAI): The workflow fetches configuration settings from Google Sheets. A second AI Agent uses the edited image and a complex, predefined JSON structure to generate a high-fidelity cinematic prompt for VEO3, along with a video title. This structure is essential for the quality of the final video.

  4. Video Generation (VEO3): The formatted prompt and the edited image are submitted to the VEO3 AI service (via HTTP Request n8n node). The n8n workflow waits for rendering completion, downloads the final video, and sends the URL back to the Telegram user.

  5. Multi-Platform Publishing (Blotato): A powerful GPT-4o n8n node rewrites the video caption to be strictly under 200 characters for optimal social media performance. The final video data is logged to Google Sheets. The video is uploaded to Blotato, which then distributes the content concurrently to nine different social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Finally, the n8n workflow updates the Google Sheet status to 'Published' and sends a final confirmation via the Telegram n8n node.

Installation Guide

To deploy this expert n8n workflow, follow these steps:

  1. Import the n8n Workflow: Copy the provided JSON data and paste it into your n8n instance using the 'New' -> 'Import from JSON' function.

  2. Set Up Credentials: You will need credentials for the following services. Configure them in the n8n Credentials section:

Telegram API: Connect the Telegram n8n trigger and action nodes.
Google Sheets & Google Drive: Connect to your Google accounts. Ensure the Sheet uses the exact schema defined in the workflow (Image Name, Caption, URL Video Final, Title Video, Caption Video, Status).
OpenAI API: For GPT-4o, GPT-4.1-mini, and Vision models.
Kie AI (VEO3): For the video generation HTTP Request n8n node.
Fal.ai (NanoBanana): For the image editing HTTP Request n8n node.
Blotato API: Crucial for the multi-platform publishing n8n node.

  1. Configure Placeholder Nodes: Update the brown sticky notes (as suggested in the workflow) and specifically configure the Set: Bot Token (Placeholder) n8n node with your actual Telegram bot token, as this is used to generate the image file URL for analysis.

  2. Activate: Save the n8n workflow and set the main Telegram Trigger n8n node to active to start monitoring for new ideas.

Node Details

Telegram Trigger: Receive Video Idea: This is the initial n8n trigger. It listens for incoming messages containing both text (caption/idea) and a photo, starting the n8n workflow.
OpenAI Vision: Analyze Reference Image: Uses the OpenAI API to perform a detailed visual analysis of the input image, extracting style, colors, and product details in YAML format.
NanoBanana: Create Image (HTTP Request): Submits the original image and the AI-generated UGC prompt to the Fal.ai service to create a refined, edited base image for the video generation process.
AI Agent: Generate Video Script: A powerful LangChain n8n node that uses GPT-4 and a strict JSON schema template (Set Master Prompt) to generate the final, detailed cinematic prompt required by VEO3.
Generate Video with VEO3 (HTTP Request): Sends the highly specific AI prompt and the refined image to the Kie AI service to generate the video content.
Rewrite Caption with GPT-4o: An essential step using the OpenAI n8n node to ensure the social media caption is concise, adhering to a strict limit of under 200 characters.
Save Caption Video to Google Sheets: A Google Sheets n8n node that logs all final metadata (video URL, short caption, title) for archival and tracking, using the appendOrUpdate operation.
Upload Video to BLOTATO: The crucial Blotato n8n node that stages the finalized video content for multi-platform distribution.

  • Social Platform Nodes (Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram, etc.): Nine parallel Blotato n8n node steps that take the staged content and publish it simultaneously across all configured social media accounts, using the generated short caption and video title.
