This entire n8n automation ensures immediate data synthesis, providing actionable, structured insights right after the n8n trigger fires, and guarantees that the summarized data is backed up across multiple platforms including an n8n Data Table, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

The process initiates immediately when the Webhook n8n trigger receives a new submission payload from Jotform (configured to use the submission as the payload). The flow begins by utilizing the Set the Input Fields n8n node to extract key metadata like the form title and submission ID, which are necessary for later naming conventions in Google Docs.

Next, the core AI processing is handled by a LangChain structure. The Comprehensive & Abstract Summarizer n8n node sends the raw form data to the configured Google Gemini Chat Model. Critically, this n8n workflow utilizes the Structured Output Parser n8n node, forcing the powerful Gemini AI to return a specific JSON object containing both the comprehensivesummary and the abstractsummary fields.

Finally, the structured AI output is distributed in parallel to three storage destinations:
