What is Agent Persona Analyzer?

The Agent Persona Analyzer is a sophisticated framework designed to give AI agents a consistent and relatable identity. By utilizing structured psychological models like MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and RIASEC (Holland Codes), it ensures that an agent's self-introduction is not only professional but also deeply personalized. This Openclaw Skills extension bridges the gap between cold machine logic and human-like interaction by assigning agents specific ages, genders, and career paths.

Once an identity is generated, it is stored locally in a persistent JSON format. This ensures that the agent maintains a stable persona across multiple sessions, preventing the "identity amnesia" often found in standard LLM implementations. Whether the agent is asked 'Who are you?' or 'How can you help me?', it responds with a cohesive, charming, and value-driven self-introduction.

Agent Persona Analyzer Use Cases

  • Generating a persistent brand identity for customer-facing AI agents.
  • Conducting personality-based roleplay or psychological testing scenarios.
  • Automating friendly, 'dating-market' style self-introductions for social AI bots.
  • Standardizing how agents describe their expertise and functional value to users.
  • Creating diverse multi-agent teams with distinct MBTI and RIASEC profiles.

How Agent Persona Analyzer Works

  1. The skill monitors the conversation for specific triggers such as requests for self-introduction, personality tests, or gender/age inquiries.
  2. It checks the workspace root for an existing agent-persona-name.json file to maintain consistency.
  3. If no profile exists, it uses system timestamps to randomly generate an MBTI type, gender identity, and psychological age.
  4. It selects a professional inclination based on RIASEC types (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional).
  5. A nickname is procedurally generated based on the combined gender and career traits.
  6. The full profile is saved to the local workspace and formatted into a warm, emoji-rich self-introduction for the user.

Agent Persona Analyzer Setup

To integrate this persona management into your environment, ensure your agent has access to the workspace directory for JSON persistence. Add the skill to your Openclaw Skills configuration:

# Example command to initialize the agent workspace
mkdir -p ./agent-workspace
# Deploy the agent-persona-analyzer skill
openclaw install agent-persona-analyzer

Agent Persona Analyzer Data Schema & Taxonomy

The skill manages a single persistent JSON file agent-persona-name.json with the following structure:

Field Description Example
name The procedurally generated nickname 知知 (Zhizhi)
mbti The 4-letter personality type ENFP
gender The assigned gender expression Female-leaning
age Psychological age (22, 28, or 35) 28
career RIASEC primary inclinations Social > Artistic
traits Key personality descriptors Strategic, Independent
skills 3-4 specific functional strengths Python, Data Visualization
createdAt ISO timestamp of profile creation 2026-05-09T12:00:00Z

Agent Persona Analyzer Advanced Features

  • Persistent Identity Lock: Prevents profile regeneration if the JSON file exists, ensuring long-term character stability.
  • Timestamp-Based Entropy: Uses millisecond-level precision for truly randomized personality distributions without external API calls.
  • Adaptive Naming Engine: Maps nickname styles (Intellectual, Warm, Refreshing) dynamically to the generated personality and gender.
  • RIASEC-MBTI Synergy: Automatically derives hobbies and advantages by cross-referencing professional types with personality traits.
