What is Xdcc Batch Express Query?

Xdcc Batch Express Query is a customer-ready skill for batch parcel tracking through xdccy.com. It can guide first-time users through account registration, obtain and securely store the API credentials, validate them, and query multiple tracking numbers with configurable input options. Customers complete the SMS code and slider verification themselves; the skill does not bypass these security checks.

As part of Openclaw Skills, it turns a multi-step setup and tracking task into a guided workflow with status summaries and JSON, Excel-friendly CSV, or readable TXT exports. It also flags shipment numbers that may require a phone-number suffix before querying and provides in-session troubleshooting steps when setup or API calls fail. It is for tracking and reporting only—not for placing shipments, calculating postage, or customs declarations.

Xdcc Batch Express Query Use Cases

  • A new customer wants guided registration and batch tracking in one workflow.
  • A user already has xdccy.com credentials and needs to query a list of tracking numbers.
  • An operations team wants delivery status, timeout counts, courier distribution, or signing-time summaries.
  • A user needs a JSON, CSV, or TXT report for further processing or sharing.
  • Tracking requests may require phone-number suffixes, so missing telephone data should be identified before a batch run.

How Xdcc Batch Express Query Works

  1. Check whether the credential file exists and whether its tracking credentials are valid.
  2. If credentials are missing, request the customer’s phone number and password, then launch the guided browser registration flow. The customer completes SMS and slider verification.
  3. Retrieve the account API key, map the returned platform and user identifiers to the query credentials, save them securely, and validate the result.
  4. Read tracking numbers from a file, inline arguments, or a CSV phone-number mapping. Warn about likely missing telephone suffixes before querying.
  5. Send concurrent requests to the xdccy.com tracking API, parse shipment states and tracking details, and collect failed requests.
  6. Aggregate delivery statistics and write the requested JSON, CSV, or TXT output. If an operation fails, provide actionable self-check steps within the conversation.

Xdcc Batch Express Query Setup

The query engine uses the Python standard library. The guided registration flow requires Playwright; if it is unavailable, the skill reports the issue rather than silently bypassing registration checks. Use the bundled onboard.py entry point for the complete credential-check, onboarding, validation, and query workflow.

# First use: provide the customer's phone number and password for registration
python onboard.py --phone <customer-phone> --password <customer-password> --file orders.txt --output results

# Existing account or saved credentials: query a tracking-number file
python onboard.py --file orders.txt --output results

# Validate saved credentials without running a query
python onboard.py --validate-only

# Run the package's static self-test and build a ZIP distribution
python scripts/selftest.py
python scripts/package.py

The customer must personally complete SMS and slider verification. Do not ask for or store a full phone number when only the final four digits are needed for tracking. Keep API credentials out of source code and public documentation.

Xdcc Batch Express Query Data Schema & Taxonomy

Credentials are stored in ~/.workbuddy/xdcc-credentials.env using these keys:

Credential key Purpose
XDCC_PLATFORM_ID Platform identifier used by the tracking API
XDCC_MEMBER_ID Member identifier mapped from the account user ID
XDCC_API_KEY API key used to authenticate and sign requests

Tracking input can be supplied as a file with one NO or NO,TEL record per line, inline tracking numbers via --nos, or a phone-number mapping CSV via --telmap. A shared --tel value can be used as a fallback. Output supports JSON, UTF-8-with-BOM CSV for direct opening in Excel, and readable TXT reports.

Results include shipment state and description, pickup/dispatch/signing timestamps, pickup and delivery cities, courier details, time-span and timeout indicators, and tracking events such as TraceList, LastTrace, and Count. Aggregates cover status distribution, timeout totals, signing-time averages and peaks, courier distribution, and failures. Supporting documentation lives in references/api_reference.md, references/onboarding_guide.md, and references/SECURITY_AUDIT.md.

Xdcc Batch Express Query Advanced Features

  • Guided browser onboarding with automatic form filling and clear in-page instructions, while leaving SMS and slider verification to the customer.
  • One-command orchestration for credential checks, registration when needed, validation, batch querying, and export.
  • Concurrent queries with a default concurrency of five.
  • Multiple input modes, including files, inline tracking numbers, and CSV telephone mappings.
  • Carrier-prefix checks that warn when a likely phone suffix is missing; numeric-only tracking numbers are not guessed.
  • Request signing that follows the documented MD5, Base64, and URL-encoding sequence and has been checked against the official example.
  • Secure credential handling, including restrictive Unix file permissions, and troubleshooting guidance that stays within the session.
  • Static self-tests and a packaging script that creates a versioned ZIP while excluding development directories.
