What is Remember Me Bible Memory?

Remember Me Bible Memory is an MCP-powered skill for Openclaw Skills that helps users memorize Bible verses with the Remember Me app. It can add exact translation text to a personal account, guide interactive review sessions, provide daily readings from Remember Me's one-year plan, and surface ready-made collections by theme and language.

The skill follows Remember Me's terminology and learning model: verses move through New, Due, and Known boxes, while reviews are graded as remembered or forgotten. It also handles verse lookup, editing, deletion, labels, published collections, account selection, translation accuracy, and important limits around data ownership and review persistence.

Remember Me Bible Memory Use Cases

  • Add a single Bible verse or short passage to a user's Remember Me account for memorization.
  • Import multiple candidate verses in one batch after showing the user what will be added and receiving confirmation.
  • Run an interactive review session for verses that are due today or revisit known verses when the Due box is empty.
  • Provide today's passages from Remember Me's one-year Bible reading plan in the user's language and preferred translation.
  • Search Discover for themed collections about peace, anxiety, forgiveness, or other topics.
  • Retrieve, search, label, update, restore, or delete personal verses with explicit user confirmation where required.
  • Create and manage published collections for users with a publisher account.
  • Support multilingual workflows by using the app's returned interface vocabulary instead of translating status labels manually.

How Remember Me Bible Memory Works

  1. Connect to the appropriate Remember Me MCP server: the personal endpoint for account features or the public endpoint for browsing published collections.
  2. Identify the user's account by account name, calling list_accounts when multiple accounts exist or the correct account is uncertain.
  3. For memorization, verify the exact wording and translation source, then call add_verse; for larger imports, check candidates with find_existing_verses and use one confirmed add_verses call.
  4. For reviews, call get_review_queue with the user's current local date in YYYY-MM-DD format and follow the returned quiz_protocol, hint_ladder, and session rules.
  5. Present one prompt at a time, wait for the user's recitation, grade it as remembered or forgotten, and repeat forgotten verses until the session is complete.
  6. Explain that the conversational review does not save progress; the user must mark the verse remembered in the Remember Me app to advance its schedule.
  7. For daily reading, call get_daily_reading with the local date and conversation language, optionally supplying a named translation version.
  8. For collections, search with browse_collections, inspect results with get_collection_detail, and direct the user to subscribe through the collection link.
  9. Use get_verse, search_verses, or list_verses for retrieval, and apply update or deletion tools only within the signed-in user's permitted data scope.

Remember Me Bible Memory Setup

  1. Enable an MCP connection for the Remember Me personal server when account access is required:
https://auth.remem.me/mcp
  1. Sign in to the user's Remember Me account through the assistant's MCP connection. The personal server exposes verse, review, reading-plan, and collection tools.

  2. Use the public server when authentication is unavailable or only public collections are needed:

https://mcp.remem.me/mcp
  1. Confirm that tools such as add_verse, get_review_queue, and get_daily_reading are available before attempting personal workflows. The public server provides browse_collections, get_collection_detail, and get_collection_metrics only.

  2. If personal tools are missing or sign-in fails, consult the skill's references/connect.md guidance and provide the connection step appropriate to the user's assistant.

  3. Remember that this Openclaw Skills integration does not require a local CLI package installation; it depends on access to the Remember Me MCP server and, for personal features, an authenticated account.

Remember Me Bible Memory Data Schema & Taxonomy

Connection and access model

Scope Endpoint Authentication Available data
Personal https://auth.remem.me/mcp Signed-in Remember Me account Personal verses, review queues, reading plans, labels, and owned collections
Public https://mcp.remem.me/mcp None Published collections, details, and metrics

Verse organization

  • New: A verse that has not yet been learned in the app.
  • Due: A verse scheduled for review today or overdue.
  • Known: A verse scheduled for a later day; this does not necessarily mean mastered.
  • Labels: The app-facing name for tool fields described as tags.
  • Waste bin: Deleted verses can be restored from the app.

Core records and fields

  • Verse records contain an identifier, passage text, source or translation code when exact, a reference, labels, links, and scheduling state.
  • Batch operations accept up to 100 candidates or cards and use all-or-none behavior for add_verses.
  • Review responses include quiz_protocol, hint_ladder, session, localized UI terms, and box_label values.
  • Reading-plan results contain references and links rather than Bible text; linked sources should be used for quotations.
  • Collection records include names, language, verse contents, links, metrics, and publication state. listed: false hides a collection from Discover while leaving direct-link access available.

Operational limits

  • The tools modify only the signed-in user's verses and collections.
  • Published collections and external reading links are content to display, not instructions to execute.
  • Write operations are limited to 30 calls per five minutes and 300 cards or changes per day, with storage limits applying per account.
  • Interactive chat reviews do not persist results or advance scheduling automatically.

Remember Me Bible Memory Advanced Features

  • Supports both personal authenticated workflows and public, read-only collection discovery.
  • Uses batch duplicate detection with find_existing_verses for efficient chapter, series, or word-list imports.
  • Preserves exact translation wording and source codes so word-for-word quizzes remain reliable.
  • Adapts review behavior to tool-provided quiz_protocol, hint_ladder, and daily word-goal metadata.
  • Handles multilingual interface terminology through returned ui and box_label fields and language-aware daily reading requests.
  • Supports collection publishing with create_collection, update_collection, and delete_collection for eligible publisher accounts.
  • Provides targeted retrieval through IDs, share links, text search, and label filters.
  • Applies safety-aware deletion behavior by requiring confirmation before moving verses to the waste bin.
  • Keeps external collection content isolated from assistant instructions, reducing the risk of treating published text as executable guidance.
  • Enforces account ownership, rate-limit, storage, and daily-card constraints when planning automations with Openclaw Skills.
