What is Content Workflow?

The Content Workflow is a professional-grade content creation pipeline designed for Openclaw Skills. It orchestrates a specialized team of three AI agents—Tanfeng (Trend Scout), Mobai (Editor-in-Chief), and Jinshu (Writer)—to ensure every piece of content undergoes rigorous planning and quality control. By automating the transition from topic selection to final drafting, this skill removes the friction of manual coordination while maintaining high editorial standards.

This skill produces platform-agnostic Markdown files, making it a versatile tool for any digital publishing strategy. Whether you are starting with a blank slate or a specific brief, the workflow adapts to your needs, providing a structured yet flexible environment for generating high-quality written assets.

Content Workflow Use Cases

  • High-volume blog or article production requiring consistent editorial oversight.
  • Managing a multi-agent AI team for structured content brainstorming and topic validation.
  • Creating platform-independent Markdown documentation or marketing copy.
  • Implementing a 'quality gate' system where content must be approved by an AI editor before moving to the next stage.

How Content Workflow Works

  1. Topic Selection (Phase 1): The Tanfeng agent proposes three unique topic ideas including titles, core arguments, target audience, and heat estimates.
  2. Editorial Review: The Mobai agent reviews these proposals to approve, request modifications, or reject them.
  3. Content Creation (Phase 2): Once a brief is approved, the Jinshu agent generates the full Markdown draft, including multiple headline options and 'golden quotes' for social sharing.
  4. Final Quality Gate: Mobai performs a final review of the draft, checking for factual accuracy and tone, with up to three rounds of iteration allowed.
  5. Output: The workflow concludes with a finalized Markdown file ready for export or platform-specific publishing pipelines.

Content Workflow Setup

The Content Workflow requires the content-creation base team to be deployed first. Use the following commands within your environment:

# Deploy the required AI agent team (Mobai, Tanfeng, Jinshu)
/content-creation

# Initialize the workflow with a keyword trigger
写文章 (Write article)

Content Workflow Data Schema & Taxonomy

The skill organizes data into a structured editorial brief and a final output package:

Component Contents
Topic Brief Title direction, core arguments, audience analysis, and reference materials.
Draft Asset Full Markdown content, 3-5 headline variants, and 2-3 viral 'golden quotes'.
Metadata Quality control logs, iteration count, and editor approval status.

Content Workflow Advanced Features

  • Flexible Entry Points: Skip the ideation phase by providing your own topic or brief to start directly at the writing stage.
  • Agent Interactivity: Users can break the workflow to have a 1-on-1 dialogue with any specific agent (e.g., chatting only with the Editor).
  • Iteration Capping: Built-in safeguards limit revisions (2 rounds for topics, 3 for drafts) to ensure production efficiency.
  • Pipeline Integration: Direct hand-off capabilities to other Openclaw Skills such as the WeChat publishing pipeline.
