What is Dida365 Integration?

The Dida365 skill provides a robust interface for interacting with the Dida365 (TickTick) Open API. It allows developers and AI agents to perform full CRUD operations on tasks and projects, making it an essential component for automated productivity workflows within the Openclaw Skills ecosystem. By leveraging official OAuth authentication, this skill ensures secure access to user data while providing high-level control over task organization, priorities, and deadlines.

This integration is particularly useful for users looking to sync external data sources with their Dida365 account or build custom AI-driven task managers. It handles the complexities of authentication and provides a standardized way to manage lists, kanban boards, and task metadata directly from a terminal or through an AI agent.

Dida365 Integration Use Cases

  • Automating the creation of daily tasks from meeting notes or project requirements.
  • Syncing project progress across different platforms using Openclaw Skills.
  • Bulk updating task priorities or due dates based on external triggers.
  • Generating automated reports of completed tasks for productivity analysis.
  • Managing complex project structures including kanban columns and custom task tags.

How Dida365 Integration Works

  1. The user creates a developer application on the Dida365 portal to obtain unique Client ID and Secret credentials.
  2. Environment variables are configured to allow Openclaw Skills to authenticate with the Dida365 servers.
  3. A local OAuth flow is initiated, launching a temporary server to securely capture the authorization code and exchange it for a long-lived Access Token.
  4. The Access Token is stored locally and used in the Authorization header for all subsequent API requests.
  5. The skill maps high-level user intents to specific API endpoints for creating, reading, updating, or deleting tasks and projects.

Dida365 Integration Setup

1. Create Developer Application

Register your app at developer.dida365.com and set the Redirect URI to [http://127.0.0.1:36500/callback](http://127.0.0.1:36500/callback).

2. Set Environment Variables

export DIDA365_CLIENT_ID="YOUR_CLIENT_ID"
export DIDA365_CLIENT_SECRET="YOUR_CLIENT_SECRET"

3. Generate Access Token

Run the Python authentication script provided in the documentation to authorize your account and save the token to ~/.config/dida365/token.

Dida365 Integration Data Schema & Taxonomy

The skill interacts with the Dida365 data model using the following schema for tasks:

Field Type Description
id string Unique task identifier
projectId string ID of the parent project/list
title string The name of the task
content string Task description (supports Markdown)
priority integer 0 (None), 1 (Low), 3 (Medium), 5 (High)
status integer 0 (In Progress), 2 (Completed)
dueDate string ISO 8601 formatted date/time
viewMode string Project view: list, kanban, or timeline

Dida365 Integration Advanced Features

  • Multi-view support for projects including list, kanban, and timeline modes.
  • Full Markdown support within task descriptions for rich text formatting.
  • Support for kanban-specific features through columnId management.
  • Local token caching with secure 600 permissions to maintain session persistence for up to 180 days.
  • Flexible priority mapping for granular task importance control.
