What is Nexudus?

Nexudus is the industry-leading coworking space management platform, designed to help operators handle everything from desk bookings to community engagement. This skill provides a robust interface for Openclaw Skills to interact with Nexudus data, enabling the automation of member contracts, resource scheduling, and invoicing. By utilizing the Membrane framework, this skill removes the friction of authentication and credential management, allowing developers to focus on building intelligent coworking workflows.

Nexudus Use Cases

  • Automating member onboarding by programmatically creating contracts and passes.
  • Managing real-time resource bookings for meeting rooms and hot desks.
  • Generating and tracking invoices for coworking members and external clients.
  • Synchronizing member data and tasks across productivity suites and CRM tools.
  • Building custom dashboards for space utilization and product sales performance.

How Nexudus Works

  1. The user installs the Membrane CLI which serves as the bridge for Openclaw Skills to access external services.
  2. Authentication is handled via a secure login process that generates an authorization URL for the user.
  3. A connection to the Nexudus platform is established and verified using the connection ensure command.
  4. The skill polls the connection state, ensuring it moves from BUILDING to READY after any required user actions.
  5. Developers use natural language intents to search for specific Nexudus actions, such as querying members or creating bookings.
  6. Actions are executed through the CLI, with Membrane handling all underlying API requests and header injections.

Nexudus Setup

First, install the necessary CLI tool:

npm install -g @membranehq/cli@latest

Next, authenticate your agent for use with Openclaw Skills:

membrane login --tenant --clientName=openclaw

Finally, connect your Nexudus account:

membrane connection ensure "https://www.nexudus.com/" --json

Nexudus Data Schema & Taxonomy

The Nexudus skill organizes data into logical entities that reflect the coworking business model:

Entity Data Managed
Space Resources, Bookings, and Passes
Customer Contracts, Invoices, and Profiles
Product Catalog items and availability
Task Operational sessions and administrative tasks

All metadata and connection states are stored securely within the Membrane environment, identified by a unique connectionId.

Nexudus Advanced Features

  • Natural language intent discovery to automatically find the correct Nexudus API endpoints for specific tasks.
  • Automatic credential refresh logic that ensures Openclaw Skills maintain persistent access without manual re-authentication.
  • High-performance API proxying for advanced users who need to send custom requests directly to the Nexudus API.
  • Machine-readable JSON output flags for seamless integration into larger automated pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
