What is TgeBrowser?

TgeBrowser is a robust skill designed for the management and automation of browser environments. By leveraging Openclaw Skills, developers can programmatically control browser profiles, configure advanced fingerprints (OS, WebRTC, User-Agent), and manage proxy settings to ensure privacy and scalability. This skill acts as a bridge between AI agents and the TgeBrowser Local API, enabling seamless integration for complex web tasks.

Whether you are performing data extraction or managing multiple accounts, this skill provides the necessary abstraction to handle browser lifecycles. It includes sophisticated features like headless mode support, automatic cookie retrieval, and full interaction capabilities like clicking, scrolling, and script evaluation.

TgeBrowser Use Cases

  • Creating and managing multiple isolated browser environments with unique fingerprints.
  • Automating repetitive web tasks like form filling, navigation, and taking screenshots.
  • Managing proxies and groups for large-scale browser automation projects using Openclaw Skills.
  • Debugging web interactions by extracting page HTML or visible text.
  • Batch closing or opening browser profiles for efficient resource management.

How TgeBrowser Works

  1. Ensure the TgeBrowser application is running on your local machine, typically on the default port 50326.
  2. Use the create-browser tool to set up a new environment with specific proxy and fingerprint configurations.
  3. Invoke the open-browser tool to launch the profile and retrieve a WebSocket (WS) URL.
  4. Establish a connection using the connect-browser-with-ws tool to enable automation features within Openclaw Skills.
  5. Execute automation commands such as navigation, interaction, or screenshot capture.
  6. Close the browser environment upon task completion to release system resources.

TgeBrowser Setup

To start using this skill with Openclaw Skills, ensure the TgeBrowser desktop application is active. The MCP server connects to the TgeBrowser Local API.

Check the status of your connection:

mcp__tgebrowser__check-status

To list existing environments to find an envId:

mcp__tgebrowser__get-browser-list --pageSize 50

TgeBrowser Data Schema & Taxonomy

The skill manages data through environments (envId) and profiles. Below is how the data is structured within the Openclaw Skills ecosystem:

Object Description Key Fields
Browser Profile Individual browser instance settings envId, browserName, proxy, fingerprint
Proxy Config Connectivity settings for profiles protocol, host, port, username, password
Fingerprint Technical identity of the browser os, webrtc, language, timezone, kernel
Automation State Ephemeral connection details wsUrl, lastUsedUrl, pageTitle

All parameters passed to the MCP tools must use camelCase formatting.

TgeBrowser Advanced Features

  • Headless mode support for background automation tasks without a GUI.
  • Advanced fingerprinting controls including WebRTC disabling, OS spoofing, and kernel version pinning.
  • Batch operations for managing multiple browser profiles simultaneously using Openclaw Skills.
  • JavaScript execution via evaluate-script for custom, complex web interactions.
  • Automatic cache clearing on startup to ensure clean, untracked sessions.
  • Real-time system status monitoring to verify API availability and connection health.
