What is TixFlow?

TixFlow is a specialized automation tool within the Openclaw Skills ecosystem designed to streamline the lifecycle of attending events. By leveraging the power of AI-driven search and protocol-level integrations, it enables users to find concerts, festivals, and professional gatherings based on granular criteria such as artist, genre, and location.

As a core component of the Openclaw Skills library, TixFlow acts as an intelligent intermediary between ticketing protocols like KYD Labs and productivity suites like Google Calendar. It allows developers to build agents that handle everything from real-time price comparisons to automated waitlist management, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for the end user.

TixFlow Use Cases

  • Automating the discovery of live music events based on specific artist preferences and geographic locations.
  • Synchronizing ticket confirmation details directly to Google Calendar with automated notification reminders.
  • Monitoring high-demand events and automatically joining waitlists when tickets are sold out.
  • Comparing ticket prices across different platforms to ensure the best available rates for the user.

How TixFlow Works

  1. The AI agent initiates a search through the findEvents function using specific parameters like date, location, or genre.
  2. TixFlow queries the KYD Labs protocol or mock data providers to fetch relevant event details and pricing.
  3. Upon user or agent approval, the purchaseTicket function facilitates the transaction process.
  4. Once the booking is confirmed, the syncToCalendar function utilizes the Google Calendar API to create a detailed entry.
  5. TixFlow continues to monitor the event status, allowing for waitlist additions or price checks if the user's criteria change.

TixFlow Setup

To integrate TixFlow into your local environment, use the CLI provided by Openclaw Skills:

clawhub install tixflow

After installation, you must configure your environment variables to enable full functionality:

GOOGLE_CALENDAR_API_KEY="your_api_key_here"
KYD_API_KEY="your_kyd_labs_key_here"

The installation process automatically handles the npm dependency for the Google APIs client library.

TixFlow Data Schema & Taxonomy

TixFlow manages event metadata and user booking information through a structured schema designed for agentic workflows:

location String The city or venue where the event is held
status String Current state of the function (Ready, Demo, or Pending)
quantity Number The number of tickets requested for purchase
walletAddress String The digital address for ticket delivery on supported protocols

TixFlow Advanced Features

  • Demo mode capability allowing for prototyping and hackathon use without requiring live API keys.
  • Native integration with the KYD Labs protocol for secure, blockchain-based ticketing interactions.
  • Support for multi-agent workflows within the Openclaw Skills framework for group coordination.
  • Real-time price comparison engine across multiple event platforms.
