What is CADdillo?
CADdillo is a browser-based CAD editor, viewer, and file converter with an AI drafting assistant called Dillo Bot. Users describe a building and answer optional questions; Dillo Bot creates an editable 2D floor plan with walls, doors, windows, fixtures, labels, and dimensions on named CAD layers. Drawings can be edited in the browser and exported as DWG, DXF, or PDF. CADdillo also provides CAD blocks and room templates, MEP drafting tools, and free DWG conversion.
How to use CADdillo?
Open CADdillo and launch the editor. To generate a floor plan, describe the building and answer any desired questions about its size, layout, rooms, utilities, or accessibility; Dillo Bot creates editable CAD geometry. Modify the drawing with the editor’s drafting tools, then export it as DWG, DXF, or PDF. To convert a DWG, upload it to the converter and select an output format. Creating an account requires an email; DWG conversion does not require an account.
