You fully own and control the generated application's source code once you've activated source code access by spending the required credits or as defined by your subscription plan. You can use, customize, and commercially deploy your application without restrictions, except: You cannot use the generated code to create a competing code-generator or similar products.

No, there is not trial, because there are two very important possibilities to understand what you are purchasing BEFORE making a purchase. First of all, all apps are deployed, so you can play with the real app deployed to the cloud. Second, there a "Code Preview" option where you can inspect the code without downloading it.
