Openship is an open-source, self-hostable deployment platform and PaaS for building, deploying, and managing applications. It supports managed hosting through Openship Cloud, self-hosting on a user's own infrastructure, and hybrid deployments. Users can deploy through Git pushes, the CLI, desktop app, or an AI agent using MCP. Openship handles builds, containers, domains, free SSL, routing, logs, monitoring, rollbacks, secrets, backups, and app services. The platform is licensed under Apache 2.0 and uses standard containers to make workloads portable between Openship Cloud and self-managed servers.
Choose Openship Cloud or connect a Linux server over SSH. Link a Git repository or deploy using the CLI, desktop app, or an MCP-compatible AI agent. Openship detects the stack, builds an immutable application version, and ships it to the selected target. Configure domains and services through the platform, then monitor logs and metrics or roll back to an earlier version when needed.
