You can install Claude Code in the machine's terminal, and external agents can connect through the MCP connector. The platform includes its own chat-driven agent, and users cannot replace it with their own framework. Managed OpenClaw hosting is a separate product category.

Do files and browser logins persist?

Yes. Files, installed tools, browser sessions, and logins remain on the machine between tasks and across days.

How do the AI credits work?

Included credits are granted with each subscription cycle and expire at the end of that cycle. Purchased top-up credits do not expire, and included credits are used before top-up credits.

Are there usage limits even when credits remain?

Yes. Rolling five-hour, seven-day, and thirty-day spending windows limit how quickly credits can be used. Exceeding a window temporarily returns a 429 response until the relevant window resets.

What happens when I cancel?

The machine's disk is snapshotted at cancellation and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
