1. Verification: The submitted email passes to the Hunter n8n node, which performs an emailVerifier operation to check the deliverability and validity of the address.


2. Conditional Routing: The Check if the email is valid n8n node (an If node) evaluates the status returned by Hunter. If the status is 'valid', the execution continues down the success path. If not valid, the n8n workflow terminates via a NoOp node, preventing low-quality data from proceeding.


3. Person Enrichment: For valid leads, the flow enters the first Clearbit n8n node (Enrich person), retrieving details like full name and employment information.


4. Company Enrichment: Next, the second Clearbit n8n node (Enrich company) uses the domain obtained during person enrichment to gather company metrics, such as employee count.


5. CRM Synchronization: Finally, the HubSpot n8n node (Add lead to Hubspot) consolidates the enriched data (first name, last name, job title, company name, company size) and creates a new contact record in your HubSpot account.
