Starting with the powerful n8n trigger (the custom form), the automation immediately validates the submitted email address using the Hunter n8n node. If the email is valid, the n8n workflow proceeds to use Clearbit for comprehensive data enrichment, pulling in company and personal details. Crucially, the n8n workflow uses conditional logic (If nodes) and Pipedrive search operations to determine if the contact or organization already exists. This prevents duplication and ensures data integrity within Pipedrive. This highly efficient n8n workflow begins when a user submits data via the n8n Form Trigger. The submitted email immediately flows to the 'Verify email with Hunter' n8n node, which checks the email's validity. If the 'Check if the email is valid' n8n node determines the status is 'valid', the n8n workflow progresses. The system then performs a 'Search for person in Pipedrive'. An 'Is this a new person?' If n8n node directs the flow: if the person is new, the 'Clearbit' n8n node is activated for data enrichment. Next, the workflow searches for the organization using the 'Search for organization in Pipedrive' n8n node. A secondary conditional n8n node, 'Is this a new organization?', decides whether to execute the 'Create Organization' Pipedrive n8n node or use an existing Organization ID. Finally, the n8n workflow executes the 'Create Person' n8n node, linking them to the appropriate organization, and concludes by using the 'Create lead' Pipedrive n8n node, attaching the newly created person and organization details. If any validation fails, the n8n workflow is gracefully stopped by a 'NoOp' n8n node.

1. Import: Copy the provided n8n workflow JSON and paste it into your n8n canvas via the 'New' menu -> 'Import from JSON'.


2. Credentials: You must configure credentials for three services:

1. Trigger Setup: Note the production URL generated by the 'n8n Form Trigger' n8n node. This URL must be embedded or linked to the form you want to use for lead collection.

Verify email with Hunter (Hunter n8n node): Verifies the submitted email address using the emailVerifier operation, essential for filtering out invalid contacts early in the n8n workflow.
Check if the email is valid (If n8n node): Uses conditional logic to check if the status returned by Hunter is 'valid'. Directs the flow accordingly.
Search for person in Pipedrive (Pipedrive n8n node): Searches for an existing person using the email address as the search term.
Clearbit (Clearbit n8n node): Executes data enrichment (resource: person) if the contact is new, providing valuable firmographic data to enrich the lead profile in the n8n workflow.
Search for organization in Pipedrive (Pipedrive n8n node): Searches for the organization name provided by the Clearbit enrichment.
Create Organization (Pipedrive n8n node): Creates a new organization in Pipedrive if one does not already exist.
Create Person (Pipedrive n8n node): Creates the new person record, linking it using dynamic data pulled from the Clearbit n8n node and the Organization ID found or created in previous steps of the n8n workflow.

• Create lead (Pipedrive n8n node): Final step, creating a new lead opportunity, associated with the newly created Person and Organization IDs.
