How GitHub Triage Works
- Define Scope: The user specifies the repository or organization, item type (issues, PRs, or both), and triage urgency rules.
- Fetch Live State: The skill calls GitHub read-only endpoints via ClawLink to gather open issues, PRs, workflow status, and recent comments.
- Analyze and Bucket: The agent processes the fetched state and groups the items into logical categories such as blocked, needs reply, or failing CI.
- Propose Actions: Before making any mutations, the agent presents a detailed, human-readable summary of recommended next steps (e.g., specific labels to add, draft comments).
- Verify and Execute: Upon explicit user confirmation, the agent executes safe write operations using authenticated GitHub API calls through ClawLink.

To deploy this skill, install the verified ClawLink plugin from ClawHub and configure your OpenClaw environment.
