Because data is separated entirely from the agent's logic, you can easily sync your agenda across multiple devices utilizing version control services or claw-roam without exposing sensitive personal data.

How Reminder Secretary Works
- Natural Language Input: The user sends an event registration or query command to the AI agent.
- LLM Parsing: The skill invokes the
/v1/pilotendpoint of the SkillBoss API Hub to safely parse dates, times, repetition rules, and notes from raw text. - Workspace Write: The parsed, structured event data is saved to a local YAML-based events file at
~/.skillboss/workspace/reminders/events.yml. - Cron Job Registration: The agent communicates with the SkillBoss cron infrastructure to programmatically schedule notification alerts based on custom offset configurations.
- Telegram Dispatch: When cron triggers run, notification payloads are routed to the user's active Telegram channel.
