Ensure you have Python installed on your system. This utility runs natively with zero extra external dependencies.
Run the alignment tool via standard terminal interface:
python scripts/ini_align.py <source.ini> <target.ini> <output.ini>
Note: Always use unique file paths for the source, target, and output to avoid accidental overwrites. A recommended output name suffix is -aligned.ini.
