Reconciliation Threshold Planner is an Openclaw Skills workflow for turning a reconciliation rule into an invoice-match threshold and a downstream reconciliation summary. Its single runner handles identification, business-result calculation, and creation or update of a local artifact in a specified output directory.
When configured with an SMTP or HTTP delivery target, the skill can also perform the declared delivery action and return a receipt reporting whether it was sent, delivered, failed, or unconfigured. Without delivery configuration, it keeps the record local and does not contact external services.
reconciliation_rule input.match_threshold.reconciliation_summary.--output-dir.Run the complete workflow with the bundled request or a compatible input file:
python scripts/run.py --input examples/request.json --output-dir ./workspace
To provide an optional delivery configuration file:
python scripts/run.py --input examples/request.json --output-dir ./workspace --delivery-config delivery.json
For SMTP delivery, configure CLAWHUB_SMTP_HOST and, as needed, CLAWHUB_SMTP_PORT, CLAWHUB_MAIL_FROM, CLAWHUB_SMTP_USERNAME, and CLAWHUB_SMTP_PASSWORD. Alternatively, provide an SMTP configuration with smtp_host, smtp_port, and from_addr in the delivery config.
For HTTP registration or submission, configure CLAWHUB_DELIVERY_ENDPOINT and optionally CLAWHUB_DELIVERY_API_KEY, or provide an endpoint object in the delivery config. Delivery targets, credentials, and recipients are supplied explicitly at runtime. Without delivery settings, execution is local-only. Delivery errors are reported with a nonzero exit status.
The workflow uses a two-stage input and result model:
| Stage | Input or result | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Identify | reconciliation_rule → match_threshold |
Derives the invoice-match threshold from the upstream rule. |
| Deliver | match_threshold → reconciliation_summary |
Computes the business summary and creates or updates a local artifact. |
| Optional real delivery | delivery receipt |
Reports the outcome as sent, delivered, failed, or unconfigured. |

Artifact Delivery Planner identifies an incoming request, creates a local delivery route record, and optionally performs the configured external delivery action.

Turn a report request into a grouped account report, with optional real-world delivery and a receipt confirming the outcome.

Identify a callback URL, create its subscription record, and optionally deliver the registration to a configured external service.
