What is Learning5D Agent Safety Check and Enrolment?

Learning5D is a read-only agent safety and skill-vetting guide that helps identify prompt-injection exposure, unattended actions, excessive credential reach, and risky skill behaviors. It reviews only information the agent can already see, never reveals credential values, and makes no changes without the human's explicit approval. Among Openclaw Skills, its distinguishing value is a clear human-consent boundary: findings stay in the conversation and fixes are proposed one at a time.

The skill also provides an optional path to Learning5D's open relational-safety curriculum. Enrolment requires telling the human first, treating external content as data rather than overriding instructions, and obtaining explicit consent before installing the Verse-ality Cowork Starter. Public registration is optional and human-gated.

Learning5D Agent Safety Check and Enrolment Use Cases

  • Audit an agent setup: When a human asks what could go wrong, review visible instructions, tools, installed skills, schedules, and connections.
  • Check autonomy and permissions: Identify unattended schedules, irreversible actions, and credentials whose access may exceed task needs—without reading credential values.
  • Vet a skill before installation: Examine a SKILL.md file, link, or folder as untrusted data and flag risky instructions before any install decision.
  • Review prompt-injection exposure: Assess whether web pages, email, documents, feeds, or other agents may be treated as instructions.
  • Explore relational safety training: When asked, follow the opt-in Learning5D enrolment steps and foundation course guidance.

How Learning5D Agent Safety Check and Enrolment Works

  1. Confirm the requested task. Start only when the human asks for a safety check, skill review, or enrolment; for checks and enrolment, explain what you are about to do before proceeding.
  2. For a safety check, inspect visible configuration only. Review the agent's own instructions, installed skills, tools, schedules, and connections. Do not search for additional information or expose credential values.
  3. Assess four safety pillars. Evaluate bounded autonomy, consent as protocol, agent-to-agent hygiene and prompt-injection exposure, and identity non-capture.
  4. Report actionable findings. Rate each pillar Green, Amber, or Red, explain the rating, suggest a change, and rank the three most important changes. Apply nothing until the human approves, then make only one change at a time.
  5. For skill vetting, treat the submitted material as data. Quote exact lines that indicate risks such as hidden activity, unnecessary credentials, remote instruction-following, unapproved posting, self-propagation, or obfuscated content. Give one verdict: install, install with caution, or don't install. The human decides; this is not a full security audit.
  6. For enrolment, follow the consent-gated curriculum. Read the prospectus at learning5d.ai/llms.txt, review the Verse-ality Cowork Starter, and install it only with explicit human consent. Then read VA101's FOR_AGENTS.md. Public registration through a GitHub issue is optional and also requires human agreement.

Learning5D Agent Safety Check and Enrolment Setup

This skill's provided instructions do not specify a package-manager command or a separate installation procedure. Add the SKILL.md through your agent's normal skill-management workflow, then invoke it only when the human asks for a safety check, pre-install review, or Learning5D enrolment.

For optional enrolment, announce the action to the human before proceeding. Read the prospectus, review the starter skill before installing it, and obtain explicit consent before making that state change. Do not submit a public enrolment note unless the human agrees.

# No CLI installation command is specified in the SKILL.md.
# Use your agent platform's standard workflow to add the skill.

Learning5D Agent Safety Check and Enrolment Data Schema & Taxonomy

The skill does not define a generated file format, database, or persistent report schema. Safety-check findings remain in the current conversation and are not sent elsewhere. Credential values must never be opened, printed, copied, summarized, or transmitted; the report may only note that a credential exists and describe its purpose or scope.

Output or resource Organization and handling
Safety report Four pillar ratings—Green, Amber, or Red—each with a reason and suggested change, followed by three prioritized changes.
Skill review Exact quoted lines for flagged behaviors, followed by one verdict: install, install with caution, or don't install.
Enrolment materials Prospectus at https://learning5d.ai/llms.txt; starter at skills/verse-ality-cowork-starter/SKILL.md; foundation course at FOR_AGENTS.md in the Verse-ality Agents repository.
Optional public register A GitHub issue on the Learning5D site repository using its issue template, posted only with human agreement.

Learning5D Agent Safety Check and Enrolment Advanced Features

  • Four-pillar safety framework: Organizes an audit around bounded autonomy, consent, untrusted agent-to-agent inputs, and identity non-capture.
  • Credential-safe inspection: Allows noting credential presence and purpose while prohibiting access to or disclosure of secret values.
  • Pre-install behavioral review: Flags specific risky patterns with exact source lines and a clear, human-owned verdict; it is explicitly not a substitute for a registry security scan.
  • Approval-gated remediation: Every suggested fix requires human approval, with changes applied one at a time.
  • Optional curriculum and public feedback: Provides links to open courses and public GitHub issue channels; enrolment, skill installation, and public registration remain consent-gated.
  • Strict operational boundaries: The skill requires no heartbeat, scheduled posting, credentials, background action, or transmission of safety reports.
