- All found items are cross-referenced against a local database of seen IDs to filter out previously discovered papers or news.
- If significant new items are found, the skill generates a structured Markdown report featuring titles, sources, and relevancy summaries.
- The local state is updated to mark the new items as seen and the global last_checked date is refreshed.
