Openclaw Skills is a document-driven automation skill that converts product technical files into a structured inspection guide. It reads PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and even images, extracts product name, specifications, test reports, and quality requirements, and organizes them into a standardized workbook for inspection planning.
When a user provides an existing template, Openclaw Skills validates required fields such as inspection item, method, standard, and frequency before generating the final output. If no template is available, it falls back to a general inspection guide format and marks unclear standards as needs confirmation instead of guessing, making the result safer for QA, supplier inspection, and manufacturing workflows.
