No, your credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are using Stripe for payment processing. Depends on where you are, you can use your credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Cash App, Link or Klarna.

Since requests are processed by 3rd party AI services, we cannot offer refunds on what you have used. But if you made a purchase by mistake and have not used any credits, please contact us via email support@chatuml.com and we will refund you.

What AI models are supported?

We are using GPT-4.1, GPT-4.1-mini, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Deepseek R1, Deepseek V3 0324, and many more.

Do you use my data for training AI?

No, we do not use your data for training AI. All AI requests are processed by 3rd party AI services, and we have a policy with them to not log or use your data for training AI.
