What is Epilude?
Epilude is a voice productivity suite for Mac that converts natural speech into polished, formatted text in any application. Users press a global shortcut, speak, and release to have Epilude transcribe their words, remove filler, correct grammar, add punctuation, and adapt the writing style to the context. It also includes text-to-speech, vocabulary learning, voice shortcuts, tone matching, voice actions, multilingual dictation, and meeting transcription. Local Mode processes dictation fully on-device, while Cloud Mode supports broader language coverage and cloud-based features.
How to use Epilude?
Download Epilude for Mac, create an account, and configure its global keyboard shortcut. In any application, place the cursor where you want text to appear, hold or press the shortcut, speak naturally, and release. Epilude transcribes and cleans up your speech before inserting formatted text. You can customize vocabulary, shortcuts, and tone preferences, choose Local Mode for offline on-device processing, or use Cloud Mode for additional language support and features.
