Harold is an AI-powered document automation tool designed to extract, validate, and fix data from documents like invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and statements before they enter downstream business systems. Unlike standard OCR tools that only extract text, Harold features a validation step with an advanced rules engine that recalculates totals, catches VAT mismatches, maps supplier aliases to internal IDs, and validates line items. The clean, import-ready data can then be seamlessly exported to various accounting platforms, legacy or new ERPs (such as Sage, WinMan, Pegasus, and Syspro), or automated workflows via Zapier.

Upload or email documents directly to your unique Harold inbox. The AI extracts headers, totals, line items, and references. It automatically runs validation checks and flags errors (e.g., VAT or total mismatches). Once verified, you can approve and export the clean data as CSV, Excel, or directly to your ERP/Zapier.
