What data is collected?

We collect the minimum amount of user data necessary to perform search operations in Jelled.ai. This data includes email content including attachments, Google files, and Slack messages that the user has authorized us to access.

What is my data used for?

Data is collected with the sole purpose of providing Jelled.ai services, such as generating contextual insights and communications.

How do we ensure that your data is secure?

We only use encrypted channels of communication between Jelled.ai systems and the outside world as well between Jelled.ai systems. All data stored by Jelled.ai, regardless of the form of storage, is encrypted.

Are my emails stored on Jelled servers?

Some of your email content is stored on our servers in an encrypted form. We only store the minimum subset of your data required for us to offer services for you—this means that we do not store emails or parts of emails we do not use.

Who is my data shared with?

We do not share user data with third parties, except in instances when we share the minimum amount of data necessary with third-party services (OpenAI, AWS, and other cloud providers) to provide Jelled.ai services. These third-party vendors are bound by service agreements that prohibit them from selling, storing, or using this data for any reason other than performing specific services for Jelled.ai. We do not sell user data. Your data is never shared with other users without explicit user consent.

Is my data used to train OpenAI models or other models?

We use your data to train your personal AI models. We never use your data to train generic or shared models. When we use third-parties to train or execute AI models, those third parties are bound by service agreement requiring them not store, share or use your data for any other purpose but to provide AI inference or training services.

How does user consent work?

In each instance, we ask for explicit user consent to access and use user data. Access can be revoked by the user at any time. Extensive in-app configuration allows you to select which pieces of data are used by our AI engine. For data accessed through a third party provider (such as Google), the user may revoke access using the appropriate service controls of that third party. If you have uploaded a file to Jelled.ai to enhance the knowledge base, you can remove that file from Jelled.ai systems at any time. If you choose to do so, the data and all associated artifacts will be permanently deleted from Jelled.ai systems within 48 hours.

How long is my data retained?

We retain user data as long as users maintain an account with Jelled.ai. Users can request the account with Jelled.ai to be closed and the data to be deleted. User data is deleted within 48 hours after the account closure.

What do I need to sign up?

We require a Gmail account for you to sign up as Jelled.ai currently only supports Gmail accounts. Your credit card information is also required to start the 30-day free trial but will not be charged until the trial period is over—we’ll send you a reminder.

How are payments processed?

We partner with Stripe to process payments securely and do not see your credit card information. You can cancel your plan at anytime.
