How fast will I receive my videos?

On average you will receive finished work within 2-4 days. However depending on the complexity of the project it may take longer.

What happens once I subscribe or buy a package?

Once subscribed you will get a private link to a custom Slack chat and Trello board where you can begin requesting. You can also begin sharing assets via Trello. If you bought a package you will get access to a custom Trello board to monitor the progress of your video ad(s) and also to begin sharing any assets you would like to send.

What if I don't like the work?

We will revise until you are 100% satisfied.

Due to the nature of the service once work has started there will be no refunds.
