Do my competitors know if I am tracking their prices?

No, competitors have no way of knowing that their prices are being tracked. Web traffic from OptiPrice services is indistinguishable to them from ordinary consumer web traffic.

Can OptiPrice track multiple variants of the same product?

Yes, we can track variants of the same products, as long if there is a unique url for each variant. Product pages that display multiple variants of a product on the same URL, using techniques such as AJAX, will not work.

How does OptiPrice handle different currencies?

We will ask you for the country your store is based in when creating an account. By default, the currency setting on your account is tied to the country you select, but this can be changed in settings. When searching for competitor products, if their currency is different to your selected currency, we will apply a live exchange rate at the time of updating, and prices will be shown in your currency. When importing products from a marketplace, we will always use the default currency for your product.
