What languages do you support?

We can translate videos from English into Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish.

What will you send me?

After we're done processing your video we will send you an email with download links for the translated video, an audio-only track (for multi-language tracks on YouTube or your own processing), a new voice-only audio track, and for subtitles an English Transcript SRT, and a Translated Transcript SRT for the new video.

I have a pretty thick accent. Will you actually be able to hear what I say?

Usually, yes. There are a number of AI layers in place to try to ensure we hear everything correctly. We may have some difficulty if you use non-English words interspersed in your English video, but we can usually handle accents pretty well. And if we miss a few words you can modify the transcript and reprocess it for free.

How long does it take to process?

Usually about 3x the length of the original video.

Can I translate a video with multiple people talking?

Definitely. We can imitate and translate multiple speakers in the same video but you must have permission to clone their voices.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We want this to be something awesome, not a headache. We'll be happy to refund you if you aren't happy or if (gasp!) one of our competitors is able to produce a better dubbed video. See our refund policy for details.
