What are credits, and how do they work?

Credits are your all-purpose currency for using our platform features. Different actions consume different amounts of credits.

What is a flow block run or a connector run?

A flow block run happens each time a block executes within your automation workflow. A connector run occurs when a single record moves from an external source into your ZEPIC storage. Both are measured and billed at 1,000 runs per credit.

Which actions cost credits (or are free)?

Most active operations cost credits, including sending emails (50 per credit), sending WhatsApp campaigns (message per credit depends on the geo location), running flow automation blocks (1,000 runs per credit), and processing data with connectors (1,000 records per credit).

What happens when I run out of credits?

When your credits are depleted, your automations and campaigns will automatically pause. You'll receive email alerts at 50%, 80%, 90%, and 95% usage, giving you advance notice.

When do my credits expire?

Plan Credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. Top-up Credits remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

If I upgrade to the next plan, do I get to keep existing credits in my account?
