This powerful n8n workflow solves this by instantly processing raw feedback data. It acts as an automated analyst, triggering upon submission (e.g., from a form or survey). The core logic of the n8n workflow uses a specialized prompt to instruct an external AI model (Deepseek, but easily adaptable to OpenAI or local AI) to perform three actions: summarize positives, suggest improvements, and draft a social media post. The entire automated sequence begins with the 'Receive Feedback' n8n trigger. This is configured as a Webhook endpoint waiting for a POST request containing client feedback data.

1. Trigger and Extraction: The n8n trigger receives the JSON payload. The subsequent n8n node, 'Prepare AI Prompt' (a Function node), extracts the raw feedback text and formats it into a structured analysis prompt, specifically instructing the AI to provide a three-part output.


2. AI Processing: The 'Analyze with AI' n8n node (an HTTP Request) sends this prompt to the Deepseek API (or your configured large language model), initiating the analysis and content generation process.


3. Data Formatting: The 'Format AI Output' Function n8n node is crucial. It parses the multi-faceted text response from the AI. It splits the response into two distinct outputs: the internal 'report' (summary and improvements) and the external 'post' (social media draft).


4. Distribution: The n8n workflow then splits into two parallel branches. One branch uses the 'Send Feedback Report' n8n node to email the detailed analysis report to a designated team inbox. The second branch uses the 'Send Social Draft' n8n node (a Telegram integration) to instantly push the drafted social media post to a designated marketing or social channel, ready for quick review and deployment.

To import and run this n8n workflow, follow these steps:

1. Import: Copy the JSON provided and paste it into your n8n instance via the 'Import from JSON' option.
