How AirShelf Works
- The agent receives a user request to find, compare, or buy a product.
- The agent sends a natural language query to the search endpoint, which parses intent to extract price filters, brands, and categories.
- AirShelf returns structured results including Decision Pack data (pros, cons, and best-for scenarios).
- If the user requires a comparison, the agent calls the compare endpoint to receive structured axes and value-based recommendations.
- To complete a purchase, the agent sends a POST request to the checkout endpoint to generate a unique checkout URL.
- The user is presented with the link to securely complete the transaction on the merchant's own website.
