How wacli Works

- Chat Discovery: Users identify recipients or group IDs using the chats list command to obtain the correct JID format.
- Execution: The AI agent or user triggers specific commands like send text or send file to transmit information.
- Search and Retrieval: The tool queries the local message database or initiates a backfill request to the mobile device for older message history.
