Built for people with ADHD, students, and productivity enthusiasts, Chunk brings together colour-coded time blocking, to-do lists, reusable templates and routines, Google/Outlook/Apple calendar sync, Claude AI integration for natural language scheduling, fullscreen notifications, and always-on menu bar access - all in a lightweight native app that works over fullscreen windows.
1. Download Chunk from chunkapp.net and open it from your macOS menu bar. 2. Press Cmd+/ to open the panel over any app - even fullscreen. Click away to dismiss. 3. Drag on the timeline to create colour-coded time blocks. Drag edges to resize, drag blocks to reschedule. 4. Build templates for your typical day structures (e.g. "Work Day", "Study Day") and turn them into routines that auto-apply on chosen weekdays. 5. Switch to Task mode to manage task lists. Drag items onto the timeline to schedule them as blocks. 6. Connect Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar in Settings to see existing events alongside your blocks. 7. Enable the Claude AI integration in Settings to plan your day with natural language - just ask Claude and your blocks are created. 8. All data is stored locally on your Mac. No account or cloud sync required.
