What is Deckary?
Deckary is a PowerPoint add-in that combines AI slide generation with professional consulting tools. The AI Slide Builder turns plain-text descriptions and data into MBB-style slides with charts, bullet points, and icons. Beyond AI, Deckary includes Waterfall, Mekko, and Gantt charts with live Excel linking, a library of 2,000+ icons and flags, keyboard shortcuts for alignment and distribution, a slide template library, and AI-powered text rewriting and image generation. It installs directly into the PowerPoint ribbon on both Mac and Windows.
How to use Deckary?
1. Install Deckary from the Microsoft AppSource store or download from deckary.com. The add-in appears as a new tab in your PowerPoint ribbon. 2. To generate slides with AI, click the AI Slide Builder button in the ribbon. Describe your business problem or paste your data, and Deckary generates structured consulting slides with action titles, supporting bullets, and chart suggestions. 3. To create charts, select a chart type from the ribbon (Waterfall, Mekko, Gantt, etc.). Enter your data or link an Excel file. Charts stay linked and update automatically when your data changes. 4. Use keyboard shortcuts for rapid slide formatting — align objects, distribute spacing, resize shapes, and swap positions without touching the mouse. 5. Insert icons & flags automatically with AI that detects your slides content
