Katalyst uses two-part pricing: a platform fee based on how many AI-active opportunities you want covered, plus a per-seat fee based on the feature tier each rep needs.

What are AI-active opportunities?

These are the deals in your pipeline that Katalyst's AI runs on. Every account and contact linked to an AI-active opportunity is automatically covered.

What is included in unlimited AI actions?

Once an opportunity is AI-active, you get unlimited field suggestions, account enrichment, contact enrichment, and signal monitoring. Auto-draft emails and auto record creation are available on Core and above.

How do AI credits work?

Each rep gets a monthly credit pool: 200 on Starter, 500 on Core, and 2,000 on Agent. Credits are used for actions like email drafts, contact suggestions, contact research, and AI column enrichment.

How does meeting recording work across plans?

Katalyst Notetaker can join calls, record, transcribe, and summarize them. Starter includes 30 recordings per month, Core includes 100, and Agent includes unlimited recordings.

What does free onboarding include?

Free onboarding includes Salesforce connection, record sync, selecting AI-active opportunities, signal setup, email and calendar connection, and building your org's AI knowledge graph.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can change platform coverage or seat tiers anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, and all data carries forward.
