Why don’t I just build this myself with no-code?

No code and low code will produce simple results and generic AI models. You won’t get a real personality based on yourself or anything close to impressive. With our custom AI models, we create a clone based on all your working knowledge (company documents, podcasts, youtube videos, social media posts), pretty much everything about you.

Is there a limit to how much knowledge base I can upload?

Nope. You can submit an infinite amount of knowledge and we will add them to your AI’s memory one after the other, in the order they are received.

How fast will my requests be uploaded?

On average, most requests to add to knowledge base are completed in just 48 hours or less. However, more complex knowledge can take longer.

You might be surprised to hear this, but Leonardo Labs is a 3 person company. That’s the beauty of AI which we use in our agency as well. This means you’ll work primarily with me, founder of Leonardo Labs. But more complex requests such as upgrades to GPT and complex AI models are being worked on by my 2 superhero developers.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may sometimes have to take a break from your AI. Perhaps a change of business or even team members managing your company. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

What types of AI personalities do you create?

We have three: Text, Voice, Full Avatar. The text model responds only in text. The voice model speaks back to you. The full avatar does it all including a video model of your exact likeness.

Are there any services you don’t cover?

We do not cover the cost of your servers or access of API’s it takes to keep your AI running in the background. Here is a list of the estimated cost of said APIs: Pinecone: $70/month Eleven Labs: $0.16/min of generated audio ChatGPT: $0.005/min of transcribed audio ChatGPT <$0.01 per reply Digital Ocean $14/month

What if I only have a single request?

No problem. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional AI needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
