What is LightVela?
LightVela is a Tencent Cloud-hosted platform for deploying and operating Hermes AI agents. It keeps agents online 24/7 without requiring users to manage servers, and lets them connect assistants to messaging platforms such as WeChat, QQ, WeCom, Feishu, and DingTalk. Agents can handle scheduled tasks, search and summarize information, process documents, maintain long-term memory, monitor conditions, and generate shareable web workspaces. Actions involving external changes or messages can be held for user approval.
How to use LightVela?
Create an assistant in LightVela, give it a name, and select a model. Once it is running, connect one or more supported chat channels in the channel settings. Then give the agent tasks through chat, such as summarizing documents, setting reminders, monitoring information, or organizing project work. You can also configure scheduled tasks and adjust them through chat or the scheduled-task area. Review and approve actions that require authorization.
