Zinc is a developer-focused e-commerce API platform for automating product search, purchasing, order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and returns across major online retailers. It provides a unified interface for retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Alibaba, and others, allowing businesses and AI agents to search catalogs, compare offers, place orders, monitor delivery status, and generate return labels programmatically. Zinc also offers product metadata, normalized identifiers, variant mapping, offer filtering, safeguards such as price caps and shipping rules, webhooks, and a unified order dashboard.
Create a Zinc account, fund a Zinc Wallet or connect your own retailer account and payment method, then use the API or documentation to search products, retrieve offers, place orders, and monitor shipment events. Developers can configure price limits, shipping preferences, fulfillment rules, and webhooks. Orders, tracking updates, cancellations, refunds, and returns can also be managed through the API and Zinc dashboard.
