What is Kadapt?

Kadapt is an AI marketing agent for real-estate agents. Every real estate agent knows short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) is now the best organic lead source in the industry — and almost none of them make it, because a listing video is an evening of work and they have twelve listings. Kadapt does the part they can't be bothered with: upload the listing photos you already paid a photographer for, spend about two minutes picking a style, and it plans the shot sequence, writes the script, voices it with a natural AI voice, and renders a finished vertical reel — usually under ten minutes of your time. Two things set it apart. It offers no virtual staging or invented rooms — no AI-generated rooms, no virtual furniture, which in real estate is the difference between a marketing tool and a liability: the video model is instructed to keep the same furniture, finishes and lighting as your photos and never to add or remove anything, and you confirm you've watched the reel through before downloading. And captions are written to be fair-housing-safe by design — a language guardrail built into the real-estate content pack. It also learns your brand voice across listings and suggests ideas for the next one, so the reels stay recognisably yours rather than generic. 1. Sign up at kadapt.com — 14-day trial with 240 credits (about three reels); a credit card is required to start the trial. 2. Upload about six listing photos from a listing you're marketing. 3. Pick a style and voice. 4. Review the plan — shot order and script — and approve it (nothing renders until you do). 5. The reel renders in the background and you're pinged when it's ready. 6. Watch it through, download, and post to Instagram Reels, TikTok or YouTube Shorts.
