When you cancel your services your chatbots will cease to operate. You can still log in to your account to download your chatbot data. If you request your data to be deleted, it will be deleted immediately and will be irrecoverable.

Can I upgrade and Downgrade my package at any time?

Yes, you can change your package at any time and will be charged the pro-rata amount if you upgrade. If you downgrade your service, there will be no refunds offered.

What happens when I run out of the allocated 1000 messages per chatbot?

When you use up your allotment of 1000 messages, you can buy more from the settings page. Additional messages are charged in advance based on the quantity you require.

How do additional messages work?

When you buy additional messages, they are distributed to all your chatbots. For instance, if you run out of messages on one chatbot and purchase 200 more, each of your chatbots will receive an additional 200 messages.
