Does the Free plan add a watermark?

Yes. Free image outputs include a visible MixVio watermark, and Free voiceovers include an audible MixVio disclosure. Paid exports do not add a MixVio plan watermark.

Do I have to choose an AI model?

No. Auto routing can recommend a compatible live model, or you can select a model manually.

How do MixVio credits work?

Each model and tool displays an integer credit cost before submission. Credits are reserved when a task starts, charged after a successful run, and released if the run fails.

What happens if a generation fails?

The failed task remains visible with a safe error message, and any reserved credits are automatically released.

Are uploads and generated results private?

Yes. Uploads and generated results remain in the private workspace and are not publicly listed. Providers process files only to complete the requested run.

Can I use MixVio outputs commercially?

Paid plans include commercial use of outputs created on MixVio, subject to the Terms of Service. Free-plan outputs are for evaluation and are not intended for commercial publishing.

Do subscription credits roll over?

No. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs have their own expiry period.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime in your billing settings. Paid access continues through the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after it ends.
