You can sign up to Lucy for free, no credit cards required. Get started here.

All you need is your business phone number and email to get started. Once you've signed up, you'll need to set up conditional call forwarding on your phone, with the Lucy AI phone number you receive during sign up. This takes less than 2 minutes, you can view our tutorial here. We'll also ask you to select what action you'd like Lucy to take whilst she's on the phone to your caller. You can modify this action at anypoint from your Lucy settings, and you can chose from the options below: Share your appointment booking link, Share your pricing information, Share your website link, Share your email address, Take a message. Within minutes you can activate and explore your dashboard - no technical knowledge, coding or developers required! Lucy can start answering your missed calls right away, with zero training required.

Remove Curious Thing branding : All Curious Thing branding is removed, and no confirmation texts containing the Curious Thing brand will be sent to your callers. Answer FAQs: Have Lucy answer FAQs from an FAQ document or FAQ webpages. Custom message taking: Customize the questions Lucy asks your callers to gather the specific business information you need. This is also great for capturing lead details for new business. How does Lucy Bilingual AI phone answering work?

You can choose your second language in the Language and Voice settings from your Lucy portal. Lucy's first language will always be English. Currently the 5 available second languages are: Spanish, French, Chinese Mandarin, Korean and Portuguese. If you have a default greeting set up, Lucy will let your callers know that she can switch to your second langauge if they prefer. If you have a custom greeting, you can write it in English + your second language. Lucy will detect which language your callers are speaking, and will be able to switch between the two languages based on the conversation. Lucy will also provide call summaries in both English and the selected 2nd language via text and emails.

What is Lucy, AI Phone Agent?

Lucy is an AI phone answering agent powered by smart AI tech and LLM's to have a natural conversation with your callers. Lucy answers your calls when you or your team are unable to pick up, during operating hours, peak hours or after hours. Yes, there's plenty of options to personalise your Lucy. You can choose from a range of voices, accents and languages, customise your greeting message and choose the best call to action suited to your business. You can modify these at any time from your Lucy settings. We recommend keeping these up to date so they’re always relevant for your business.

Does Lucy work on mobile or landline?

Yes Lucy works on both mobile numbers, and landlines. It takes a few simple steps to get set up. You'll need to set up conditional call forwarding that allows Lucy to answer your missed calls. You can read our instructions here , for both mobile and landline.

How do I cancel my Lucy subscription?

You are able to cancel Lucy subscription at any time by logging in to your account's dashboard from a web browser. If you have previously paid for Lucy and cancel, there will be no further charges and your Lucy service will remain active until the end of the billing period you have paid for. No refunds are provided for periods already paid for. If you'd to renew your subscription, you can do that by logging back into your account. Read our terms of service here.

What is the difference between an AI phone agent and IVR?
